I’ve been working with this particular institutional seller listing houses on their behalf for about a year. We started out utilizing a title company they chose, but with dozens and dozens of agents having terrible experiences, delayed deals, no communication and failed transactions, the seller switched to First Integrity. Leaps and bounds is an understatement!
You can imagine what a unique experience it was when one of the seller’s properties came on the market and I happened upon it on the MLS and knew I had to have it! On this deal I was the buyer and buyer agent (both roles I had yet to play when working with the seller and title). It was really great to get to report back to our agents at eXp Realty at our weekly meetings how the process was handled as the buyer.
Stellar communication is an understatement. The efficiency of getting the file opened, getting me the EMD wire instructions, confirming receipt, communicating with my lender, ordering survey, and the team effort of getting a tree permit closed (and by team, I mean me and title because the seller is far too busy for those types of issues) was outstanding. Stacey Nash went above and beyond on this closing, and I’m so grateful to the entire team. Pretty neat that we will have several more deals coming up together this year. It feels great knowing I have a dependable team to partner with! Thanks for everything!
